Operation consists of team of operational specialists dedicated to specific areas. Their reporting structure allows for the department to be independent and completely objective when it comes to service related concerns non-conformance reports, investigations etc.
Operations in Security Embassy is all about regular audits and service evaluation, to ensure client satisfaction. Quality processes are very much the basic of our success and with operations being a controlled environment we shall be able to offer our clients a superior, consistence service.

Operation team are responsible for site start-ups -, client service – and monthly service client evaluation meetings, operations questionnaires and monthly site audits, etc.
Service delivery in Security Embassy operations is based on KPI’s and therefore the management must perform diligently in order to maintain and improve the quality of our service and to demonstrate Security Embassy’s commitment to “Service Excellence”.
